Requirements Key Responsibilities • Develop accurate and detailed quantity estimates of entire plan. • Estimates include flooring, countertops, wall tile, cabinets, bath glass,lighting, hardware, doors, trim, and plumbing fixtures in multiple cities at same time. • Pricing request preparations and price data management • Driven to meet deadlines and achieve expectations. Skill Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering • Strong command of verbal and written English language • Expertise in reading all residential drawings, such as architectural and electrical drawings. • Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit software. • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel. • Understand the project and its requirements. • Highly organized to manage more than one task simultaneously. • Team player - Jumps in to help anywhere needed to help the team reach business goals; understands their role in the big picture of the business process. Software Knowledge • AutoCAD, Revit, and MS excel. Must-have skills Civil Engineering, English, AutoCAD Good-to-have skills Microsoft Excel, Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation
