What will you do - Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software components, including APIs, UIs, and back-end systems. - Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements, identify testing needs, and provide valuable feedback throughout the development lifecycle. - Automate test cases using industry-standard tools like Rest assured, Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright to improve efficiency and test coverage. - Leverage your knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, etc.) to set up and maintain testing environments. - Integrate automated tests into continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins to ensure timely feedback and early detection of defects. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve software quality and maintainability. - Identify and troubleshoot software defects, working closely with developers to resolve issues promptly. - Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and technologies to enhance your skills and contribute to the teams growth. What skills required - 2-5 years of experience in software development and testing. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Hands-on experience with API and UI testing. - Proficiency in at least one automation testing tool (Rest assured, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, OCI) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
