Corporate FX desk performs Trade Validation, exchange of Confirations, monitoring of underlying exposure documents, FX trades settlement and is also the RP for multiple regulatory submissions. This desk entails ongoing interaction with both external clients and internal stakeholders. The candidate is essential in ensuring the continuity of client service and critical internal operations, while supporting sustainable workloads, consistent performance, and effective risk management. **Responsibilities** - Perform routine processing tasks under general supervision with minimal impact on internal and external stakeholder relationships. - Support post execution trade processing activities, including: - Validating trade details - Issuing trade confirmations to counterparties - Performing settlement of the trades - Preparing and submitting Regulatory Reportings - Ensure all trade processing adheres to internal Desktop Procedures and meets local and global regulatory requirements - Maintain accuracy and timeliness in daily deliverables while upholding service quality - Escalate exceptions or complex issues promptly and appropriately -The candidate should ensure compliance with rules, laws and regulations -The candidate would be able to perform the role of a maker. -The candidate should look for process improvement opportunities **Requirements** '- Candidate should be conversant with the RBI regulations around trading and processing of FX trades -Strong follow up skills, demonstrating diligence, professionalism, and timely task completion - Eagerness to learn and develop a deep understanding of the products handled by the desk - High adaptability with the ability to take on different roles, tasks, and challenges confidently - Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines **Other Qualifications** · Prior experience in Foreign Exchange operations for 2-3 years and familiarity with relevant regulatory circulars nd CCIL functioning is an advantage · Self motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, including knowing when to escalate issues · Good understanding of accounting principles · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort with other standard business tools · Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions · Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward · Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learner · Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change. · Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base · Believes in value of diversity so we can reflect, connect and meet the diverse needs of our clients and employees around the world Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
