Senior Product Design

Roles & Responsibilities - Own end-to-end Product Design for high-traffic B2C digital products across web and mobile platforms. - Translate customer needs, business requirements, and product objectives into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs . - Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Business teams to define and deliver customer-centric product experiences. - Conduct user research, usability analysis, and competitive research to identify customer pain points and product opportunities . - Design intuitive and scalable UX/UI experiences that improve customer engagement, adoption, and conversion. - Apply strong product thinking and design thinking to solve complex user and business problems. - Create and maintain design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and design guidelines . - Validate designs through prototyping, usability testing, user feedback, and product data . - Iterate designs based on user insights, analytics, business requirements, and stakeholder feedback. - Present design decisions and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
