Position: Software Engineer — Agentic Search Systems Type: Contract Compensation: $80–$150/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities - Develop and optimize agentic search systems for production environments. - Own relevance and retrieval processes to ensure systems meet user needs. - Quantify the impact and improvements of search systems effectively. - Build and scale data infrastructure to support modern search capabilities. - Work independently and asynchronously to enhance search quality and evaluation. Qualifications Must-Have - Experience with production search systems and agentic search. - Proven ability to own relevance or retrieval on user-dependent systems. - Strong skills in quantifying system impact and improvements.
