Presentation Designer

What You ll Be Doing - Design, build, and polish presentations in Google Slides and occasionally Figma Slides, ensuring they are visually compelling, brand-consistent, and optimized for both live and virtual delivery. - Develop modular, easy-to-use templates and slide libraries to empower internal teams with brand-aligned presentation resources. - Pull, adapt, and organize visual assets from Figma to ensure consistency with broader brand systems. - Create visual assets such as icons, illustrations, and infographics using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to translate complex ideas into clear, visual stories. - Proactively explore and suggest how AI-powered design tools (e.g., for layout optimization, content generation, or image enhancement) can streamline processes and improve output. - Establish and maintain presentation templates, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all teams. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlines. - Occasionally support other brand-related projects, such as event graphics, marketing collateral, or social media assets. Desired Traits - Portfolio showcasing expert-level Google Slides presentation design work. - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. - Familiarity with Figma and Figma Slides for accessing, adapting, managing design assets and exploring new tools for presentation creation. - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design best practices. - Experience developing templatized systems for scalable, brand-consistent design work. - Ability to translate technical and abstract concepts into clean, digestible visuals. - Curiosity and openness to using AI-assisted creative tools to enhance design efficiency and quality. - Familiarity with working within established brand guidelines and knowing when to push them thoughtfully. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable taking creative direction, yet confident bringing new ideas to the table. - Ability to attend weekly check-in meetings conducted during US hours. - We expect the candidate to attach the portfolio link to their work to have a clear judgement of their candidature Skills: Data Visualization, Graphic Design, Adobe Creative Suite Experience: 1.00-4.00 Years
