Product Engineering Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior React Developer with a strong focus on frontend development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in developing complex UI applications using React and related frontend technologies. What will you do - Design and develop secure, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications using React.js and related technologies - Work closely with senior developers and architects to implement frontend solutions that integrate with microservices architecture - Contribute to all frontend development lifecycle phases, from concept to deployment - Lead and mentor junior developers, conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality and promote frontend best practices - Resolve technical issues related to frontend development and guide team members - Participate actively in Scrum and other Agile processes - Demonstrate strong discipline in commit practices and unit testing for frontend code - Work effectively on both new frontend development projects and maintenance of legacy React code - Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and microservices - Architect and scale React solutions independently - Identify and fix vulnerabilities in React applications and dependent libraries - Work as an individual contributor when required. What skills required - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field - 3+ years of hands-on experience in: - ReactJS, including React Hooks and Redux - Developing complex UI applications with frontend technology stack - Deep knowledge of: - React Hooks - React Router for single-page application routing - State management with Redux - Performance optimization techniques in React - Basic knowledge of Node.js for frontend tooling and simple server-side operations - Strong understanding of React architecture patterns and best practices - Exceptional debugging and troubleshooting skills - Experience in fixing vulnerabilities in React applications and dependent libraries - Familiarity with penetration testing, particularly addressing OWASP Top 10 issues in React applications - Strong proficiency with modern frontend build tools, particularly Webpack - Experience with version control systems, preferably Git - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring - Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor. Technical Expertise: - Frontend Development: - Advanced proficiency in React.js (8+ years), including React Hooks and Redux - Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 - Deep understanding of state management solutions, with a focus on Redux - Proficiency in responsive design and cross-browser compatibility - Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) - React Ecosystem: - Extensive experience with React Router for complex application routing - Proficiency in implementing and optimizing React Hooks - Ability to architect and scale React solutions independently Skills: Debugging, Redux, react.js , Performance Optimization Experience: 3.00-8.00 Years
