Performance Testing

Job Role - Performance Testing Exp- 8+ Years Location- PAN India Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and plans. - Perform Load, Stress, Endurance, Volume, and Scalability testing. - Create and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, or NeoLoad. - Analyze test results and identify system bottlenecks across application, database, and infrastructure layers. - Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues. - Monitor system resources including CPU, Memory, Network, and Disk utilization during test execution. - Conduct root cause analysis and provide performance tuning recommendations. - Develop workload models and performance test scenarios based on business requirements. - Prepare detailed performance test reports and communicate findings to stakeholders. - Participate in CI/CD pipelines and performance testing automation initiatives. - Validate application performance for cloud and on-premise environments. - Ensure compliance with defined SLAs and performance benchmarks.
