Noc Analyst

This is a remote position. Position : Noc Analyst Experience: 4-10 years Work mode: Remote Notice :15-20 days or Immediate Five days working 2 days off Timings: 11:15pm – 7:15am EST - Required Skills: NOC 24*7 operations - Production Support - Cloud Technologies:GCP or GKE most of them don’t have so check for AWS or azure if they have GCP that’s good! - AppDynamics or similar APM platforms: - Splunk or similar log-management platforms - SolarWinds or similar infrastructure/network monitoring - Jira / Jira Service Management - OpsGenie or similar alerting/on-call platforms: - Kubernetes Required / Strongly Preferred - Experience in a 24x7 NOC, operations, production support, or similar environment. - Experience monitoring critical production systems. - Experience with incident triage and escalation. - Experience participating in or coordinating major incident bridges. - Cloud technology experience; GCP/GKE preferred . - Application and infrastructure monitoring experience. - Experience working with logs and monitoring data. - Understanding of basic application, infrastructure, and network concepts. - Ability to correlate information across multiple monitoring systems. - Experience with enterprise alerting and monitoring platforms.
