Description Job Description: Integration & API Developer (Java / Oracle OIC) Experience : 3–4 Years Location : Pune Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Integration & API Developer with 3–4 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should have experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) , API development, Java technologies, and integration architecture. The candidate will work closely with Technical and Function lead to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality integration solutions. Key Responsibilities - Analyze business and technical integration requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions. - Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . - Develop and consume RESTful APIs and SOAP Web Services . - Build integration components using Java and JavaScript . - Design and implement integration workflows between cloud and on-premise applications. - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integration processes to ensure reliability and performance. - Work with cross-functional teams to understand system architecture and integration dependencies. - Ensure API security, error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization. - Create technical design documents, API specifications, and integration documentation. - Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices and coding standards. - Support production deployments and resolve integration-related issues within agreed SLAs. Required Technical Skills - 3–4 years of experience in Integration and API Development. - Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . - Strong programming experience in Java . - Good working knowledge of JavaScript . - Hands-on experience in developing and consuming REST APIs and SOAP APIs/Web Services . - Strong understanding of integration patterns , middleware concepts, and API lifecycle. - Good knowledge of database concepts , SQL, and relational databases. - Experience in analyzing integration requirements and preparing technical solution designs. - Understanding of enterprise application integration and system architecture. - Familiarity with XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL, and data transformation techniques. - Knowledge of authentication and security mechanisms such as OAuth, Basic Authentication, JWT, and SSL is an advantage. Preferred Skills - Exposure to cloud integration platforms and enterprise middleware. - Understanding of API management concepts. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. - Knowledge of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices is an added advantage. Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions. - Good understanding of integration architecture and best practices. - Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. - Quick learner with a proactive approach to solving complex integration challenges. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Nice to Have - Oracle OIC certification. - Experience integrating Oracle ERP, HCM, Salesforce, or other enterprise applications. - Knowledge of messaging technologies, event-driven architecture, and integration monitoring tools.
