Serve as a subject matter expert on the SAP Ariba On Demand (cloud) platform, covering configuration, functionality, release management, and adoption of new features. Deep trouble shooting knowledge on PR, PO and invoicing process. Strong hands on Guided buying, Admin activities, Import files in AOD. Monitor, maintain, and deploy interfaces between Ariba and S/4HANA via multiple technologies (Cloud Integration Gateway [CIG], PI, Open ICS, WebMethods). Possess a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA tables, configuration, master data, and integrations to optimize the Procure-to-Pay landscape. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integrations, ensuring high availability and performance. Partner with the SAP Development team to design and deploy Ariba functionality that is seamlessly integrated with SAP ERP and related systems. Establish and enforce integration and security best practices, ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards. Provide oversight of system upgrades, patching, and release testing for both Ariba and S/4HANA environments.
