Sricity, India Full time R-175106 **Job Description** **Process Lead- Star 7 Line (Marvel)** This role helps ensure the sustained continuity of process expert and line leadership in manufacturing, by leading a key line of the business system or organizational process to deliver results defined by the compelling business need of the site. Make It With Pride.** This role helps ensure the sustained continuity of technical mastery and line leadership in manufacturing, by leading a key line of the business (technical, system or organizational) to deliver results defined by the compelling business need of the site. You ensure that key business results are achieved and for developing others to ensure the sustained continuity of technical mastery on the manufacturing line. Using a systematic approach, you use strategic thinking skills to ensure results are sustained over the long term. **How you will contribute** In your likely first managerial role, you will ensure that Mondelez International's safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets are achieved for the new lines through IIM methodology for which you are responsible by breaking down section targets into line and unit targets and ensuring that employees understand their individual performance goals related to the overall targets. In this role, you will also develop budgets and be responsible for costs control management, governance and compliance, loss elimination and workforce planning, including recruitment, retention, development, succession planning, and the identification of high potential team members. You will bring experience and knowledge in: + Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems + Maintaining equipment at basic conditions independently, including the execution of AM ,QM and FI standards on dedicated equipment and area process. + Six Sigma including qualification of AM steps 1-6, **How You Will Contribute** 1. Line Performance & Business Results Own end-to-end performance of new Star 7 Line against SQCDSM/GE, productivity, yield and service targets through IIM process. Translate site/business targets into clear line, unit and individual objectives. Establish robust daily management system and performance governance systems. Identify performance gaps and lead structured recovery plans. Drive continuous improvement and ensure gains are sustained. 2. Safety & Food Safety Demonstrate visible felt leadership and establish a strong zero-incident safety culture by owning one safety standard. Ensure compliance with safety standards, LOTO, risk assessments, SWPs and critical controls. Strengthen food safety, GMP and quality culture across the line. Lead timely closure of safety and food-safety actions. 3. Loss Elimination & Continuous Improvement Lead systematic identification and elimination of the Top Line Losses. Use IL6s, Six Sigma, PDCA, RCA, Kaizen and structured problem-solving methodologies. Improve GE/OEE, yield, changeover performance, process capability and equipment availability. Ensure actions address systemic/root causes rather than short-term fixes. Replicate successful improvements across other lines where applicable. 4. Quality & Process Excellence Ensure consistent delivery of product quality and process standards. Drive reduction of consumer complaints, internal defects, rework and process deviations. Strengthen process controls and adherence to standard operating procedures. Develop process capability and technical standards for the new Star 7 Marvel line. Ensure successful product/SKU and technology transitions. 5. Cost & Budget Management Own line-level cost performance and drive productivity improvements. Develop and manage annual operating and maintenance budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety, quality or reliability. 6.Ensure effective implementation of DMS, RTT/SWP, AM, GE and loss-tree governance. Establish clear ownership for line KPIs and KAIs. Ensure compliance with Mondelez standards, policies and manufacturing systems. Use data and digital tools to improve decision-making and line performance. Establish strong routines for daily, weekly and monthly performance reviews. 7. New Line / Marvel Start-up Excellence IIM Methodology implementation and Governance during Project implementations for Star 7 Building the operating model and line organization from the ground up. Establishing technical standards, SOPs, SWPs and operating parameters. Building operator and technician capability before and during ramp-up through TT&T work process Driving commissioning, stabilization and performance ramp-up. Ensuring smooth transition from project/start-up phase to sustainable operations.
