Senior QA Automation Engineer

Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in UI and API automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in modern automation tools (preferably Playwright), solid programming knowledge, and strong experience with databases and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable automation solutions and ensure high-quality product delivery. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for UI and API testing - Perform UI (Web) automation using tools like Playwright - Develop and execute API automation test suites - Analyze requirements and identify test scenarios suitable for automation - Maintain, enhance, and debug automation scripts for stability and scalability - Collaborate with product, development, and QA teams - Participate in test planning, estimation, and automation strategy - Integrate and execute automation tests within CI/CD pipelines - Report, track, and validate defects - Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices Requirements: - 6 to 12 years of related experiencerequired - Strong hands-on experience in UI Automation Testing and API Automation Testing - Experience working with Playwright (preferred) - Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript - Strong hands-on experience with SQL and database testing - Experience working with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL - Hands-on experience in CI/CD tools and pipeline integration, including Jenkins and Azure DevOps - Strong experience with version control systems (Git) - Experience in test case design and analysis, identifying test cases for automation, and maintaining and optimizing automation scripts - Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to interact effectively with product and business stakeholders - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members Preferred Skills: - Experience building automation frameworks from scratch - Exposure to test reporting and monitoring tools #AditiConsulting # 26-04707 Skills: Jenkins, Git, Javascript, Sql, Java, Mysql, Postgresql, Azure Devops, Python Experience: 6.00-12.00 Years
