Hiring NICE inContact Developer

Key Responsibilities: - Develop, configure, and maintain NICE inContact CXone Studio scripts including IVR, call routing, SMS, chat, and email workflows - Design and implement seamless call flows for optimal customer experience - Integrate CXone with CRM systems and other third-party applications - Utilize APIs, REST, SOAP, and JSON for system integrations and data exchanges - Ensure compliance with telephony regulations, data privacy laws, and security best practices - Troubleshoot and optimize existing scripts and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including telephony, security, and application teams Required Skills: - Strong experience with NICE inContact CXone Studio scripting and development - Solid knowledge of APIs , REST , SOAP , JSON , and web services - Familiarity with telephony systems and protocols - Understanding of security , data privacy , and telephony regulations - Experience in multi-channel communication workflows (IVR, SMS, chat, email) - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Skills: Database Management, Agile Methodologies, Api Integration, Javascript, Cloud Computing Experience: 3.00-7.00 Years
