Automation Testing

We are seeking an experienced Automation Testing Engineer with a strong background in test automation frameworks and tools. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for both UI and API testing, primarily using Java or Python. This role requires hands-on experience with Selenium, REST Assured, and JMeter, along with knowledge of Azure Data Services and SQL. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, REST Assured, and JMeter . - Conduct hands-on automation testing for APIs with a preferred language of Java or Python . - Apply strong Java programming skills for automation framework development and script creation. - Utilize knowledge of Azure Data Services such as Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory for testing data-related functionalities. - Write and execute SQL queries for database testing and data validation. - Collaborate with development teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. - Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the automation testing framework and processes. - Potentially leverage shell scripting for automation tasks. Skills Required: - Test automation experience using Selenium, REST Assured, JMeter, Cucumber , etc. - Hands-on experience as an Automation Tester in API with Java or Python as preferred languages. - Strong experience in Java programming . - Knowledge in Azure Data Services like Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory. - Proficiency in SQL and Python . - Any shell scripting will be preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. QUALIFICATION: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
