Role: USI-CTS Saviynt Operate 3 - 8 Yrs Location: Hyderabad, India Experience: 5-8 years USI-CTS Saviynt Operate 3 - 8 Yrs Position Summary As an experienced Saviynt SME at USI Talent Acquisition Consulting, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work products within defined timelines while providing technical leadership across Saviynt IAM managed services and enhancement engagements. This role combines deep operational ownership with engineering expertise, governance leadership, and stakeholder management. Work you’ll do - Lead end-to-end Saviynt operational delivery across incidents, service requests, problem management, access reviews, compliance activities, and platform health monitoring. - Own complex technical escalations, advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and permanent corrective actions across production and non-production environments. - Design and engineer Saviynt integrations, configurations, and enhancements, including support for onboarded applications and connector lifecycle management. - Provide technical leadership for releases, patches, upgrades, and deployment activities, including change governance, CAB participation/ownership, rollback planning, and risk mitigation. - Oversee service quality through SLA adherence, operational metrics, governance reporting, preparation of status reports and executive-ready communication of risks, trade-offs, and remediation plans. - Establish and maintain runbooks, SOPs, knowledge articles, and documentation standards for repeatable and governed support operations. - Coordinate with client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors to resolve defects, manage dependencies, and improve service outcomes. - Drive automation, process optimization, and strategic initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve control effectiveness. - Support enhancement through requirements analysis, design validation, testing oversight, and transition to steady-state operations. The Team USI Talent Acquisition’s Cyber Operate teams manage clients’ critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities across identity lifecycle, security operations, threat intelligence, application security, business transformation, and continuous compliance. Qualifications Must have skills / project experience / certifications - 4+ years of total experience, including 3+ years of strong hands-on experience supporting Saviynt in managed services, operations, or implementation environments. - Deep expertise in IAM operations, including incident, problem, change, service request management, access certifications, user lifecycle management, provisioning/de-provisioning, audit, and compliance support. - Hands-on experience with 2 or more IAM tools / adjacent IAM domains such as IGA, AM, or CIAM. - Strong experience integrating and supporting complex integrations, connectors, workflows, access request forms and platform enhancements. - Manage Access reviews/certification campaigns including scope definition, stakeholder coordination, remediation, tracking and audit evidence collection. - Strong knowledge of ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, including SOX, GDPR, and ISO standards, through audit support and effective control implementation. - Proven ownership of CAB/change governance, release management, rollback planning, and production support controls. - Advanced troubleshooting capability with strong knowledge of Saviynt configuration, scripting/automation, and ITSM processes. - Strong documentation, reporting, and executive communication skills. - Ability to manage vendor coordination, defect tracking, and dependency resolution. - Preferred certifications in Saviynt, IAM, ITIL, or security. Good to have - Preferred certifications in Saviynt(Saviynt Certified IGA professional), IAM, ITIL, or security. Education - BE / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university. Location - Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Kolkata / Chennai Shift timings - Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage is essential. - On-call support required based on project assignments.
