Job Description: Senior Power Automate Desktop / Microsoft Power Platform Developer (5+ Years Experience) Job Title: Senior Power Automate Desktop & Microsoft Power Platform Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Onsite Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in desktop and cloud automation, workflow optimization, API integrations, and Microsoft 365 technologies. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Power Automate Cloud Flows . - Build end-to-end RPA solutions to automate business processes across multiple applications. - Develop and customize solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) . - Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI . - Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, SQL Server, SAP, REST APIs, and third-party applications . - Develop custom connectors and implement API-based integrations. - Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of automation workflows. - Manage environments, solutions, security roles, and governance within the Power Platform. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable automation solutions. - Conduct code reviews, documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions. - Support production deployments and resolve post-production issues. Required Skills - 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development. - Strong hands-on experience with: - Power Automate Desktop (RPA) - Power Automate Cloud Flows - Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) - Power BI - Experience with Microsoft Dataverse. - Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. - Experience integrating REST APIs, SOAP services, SQL Server, and Azure services. - Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, Power Fx, and SQL. - Knowledge of AI Builder, OCR, document processing, and attended/unattended automation. - Experience with source control (Azure DevOps/Git). - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications - Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-500, PL-400, PL-600, PL-900) are preferred. - Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Microsoft Copilot Studio is an added advantage. - Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Nice to Have - Experience with SAP automation using Power Automate Desktop. - Familiarity with UiPath or Automation Anywhere. - Exposure to Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. - Knowledge of AI-powered automation and document intelligence.
