HIRING | VEEAM L2/L3 ENGINEER Location: Bangalore Experience: 6+ Years CTC: Up to ₹14 LPA Work Mode: On-site / 24×7 Operations Interview: 1st Round Virtual → 2nd Round F2F ROLE OVERVIEW We are looking for an experienced Veeam L2/L3 Engineer to manage enterprise backup operations, troubleshoot complex backup issues and provide technical leadership across customer and internal teams. MUST-HAVE SKILLS • 6+ years of Veeam Backup Administration / Support • Enterprise Backup troubleshooting • Veeam Backup, Recovery & Archiving • Backup scheduling, automation & reporting • Backup performance monitoring & optimization • Backup failure analysis & RCA • Tape Libraries & Tape Management • D2D Backup solutions • StoreOnce / MSL Tape Libraries or equivalent • SAN connectivity & iSCSI • Networking fundamentals • Log analysis & OEM/Veeam support escalation • Experience with at least one Operating System ⭐ GOOD TO HAVE • Azure / AWS backup solutions • ServiceNow • ITIL Certification • Commvault / Data Protector / NetBackup • Remote Support & Monitoring KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Monitor and maintain enterprise Veeam backup environments • Troubleshoot backup, recovery and archiving issues • Analyze backup failures and provide RCA • Perform Veeam upgrades, patches and configuration changes • Manage Tape, SAN, D2D and cloud backup environments • Ensure adequate storage capacity and backup performance • Prepare technical reports and documentation • Coordinate with customers, internal teams and Veeam/OEM support • Implement backup best practices and proactive measures • Provide L2/L3 support for critical incidents
