What You Bring to the Team: Experience: - 12+ years of experience in software development, with expertise in MEAN stack, Kotlin, and Swift. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade software solutions. - Experience as a technical lead, architect, or principal engineer in cross-functional teams. Technical Skills : - Deep understanding of MEAN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). - Proficiency in Kotlin and Swift for mobile application development. - Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes). Soft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams.
