Talent Acquisition & Recruitment - Candidate will be responsible for handle complete talent acquisition for cooperate office. - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates for all positions across the hierarchy. - Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions. - Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Continuously refine recruitment processes and improve candidate experience. - Stay updated on market trends and innovative hiring practices. - Manage employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. - Supervise and mentor the recruitment team to achieve performance targets. - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies in all recruitment activities. Required Candidate profile - Any graduate / MBA having 8 to 10 yrs of experience in handling Talent Acquisition for cooperate office in Mumbai working for reputed recruitment firm. - In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices for retention of employee. - Strong leadership and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Analytical mind-set with the ability to leverage data in decision-making for retention of employee - Female Candidate Preferred.
