Role Description The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer role at TinyBlink Private Limited is an on-site position based in Adilabad. This role involves designing, reviewing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and software applications. The Senior QA Engineer will execute manual and functional tests, identify and document defects, collaborate closely with development and product teams, and verify fixes to ensure high-quality releases. Day-to-day responsibilities include improving testing processes, mentoring junior QA team members, contributing to continuous integration and release cycles, and advocating for best practices in quality across projects. The role requires a strong focus on detail, reliability, and proactive communication to uphold TinyBlink’s quality standards. Qualifications - Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Software Testing, with experience defining and enforcing quality standards. - Hands-on expertise in Manual Testing and Test Execution across web and backend systems. - Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and optimizing Test Cases for functional, regression, and integration testing. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, clarify acceptance criteria, and ensure test coverage. - Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar). - Knowledge of basic automation concepts or exposure to test automation frameworks is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to testing. - Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document findings clearly and provide constructive feedback. - Prior experience in a senior or lead QA role, mentoring or guiding other testers, is highly beneficial. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
