Information Technology Manager

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all information technology (IT) functions in our company. Develop, implement, and evaluate the company's IT strategies and initiatives. Identify and propose new IT solutions to improve operations and decision-making. Manage the design, development, operation, and support of IT systems and IT service management. Evaluate technology risks to develop network recovery and backup procedures. Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance. Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems. Oversee all technology operations and evaluate them according to established goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, is preferred but not required. Minimum of 20 years of IT experience, with at least 10 years in a managerial role. In-depth understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc. Proven experience in IT project management. Excellent leadership and team-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong strategic and problem-solving thinking. Must be familiar with various information technologies and systems and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the field.
