SDE - 2 (Backend)

Key Responsibilities - Write clean, modular, correct, and production-ready code in Node.js - Able to think and design systems on scale using async programming, error handling, and best design practices. - Debug and optimize performance, memory, and concurrency issues. - Work with databases, caching (Redis or equivalent), and queues (SQS/PubSub) for reliable system design. - Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications using AWS/GCP, Docker, and observability tools. - Take end-to-end ownership — from requirements to deployment and impact measurement. - Collaborate with product and business teams to deliver impactful outcomes. - Use AI tools/APIs (OpenAI, LiteLLM, LangChain, etc.) to improve workflows and product capabilities. Requirements - 3–6 years of strong relevant exp (fast paced product startup exp is add on) + Tier 1 college graduation will be add on - Strong in Node.js - High ownership and self-driven execution - You are an engineer, not a coder! - Hands-on product development experience - Basic infra knowledge (AWS/GCP, Docker, monitoring, queues) - Practical AI usage or integration experience - System design - Thinking at scale (performance, reliability, cost) Tech Stack: Node.js, AWS/GCP, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, Kubernetes, Docker, Queues Good To Have (Optional) - Built or contributed to AI-driven applications - Exposure to large-scale or high-traffic systems
