What You ll Do:Own What You Build: Lead end-to-end feature development for our flagship real-time fraud prevention platform Build for Speed Scale: Design and develop Java-based systems that are fast, resilient, and secure built specifically for the demands of the banking world Raise the Bar: Implement rigorous QA and testing processes to ensure reliability, accuracy, and compliance across deployments Continuously Improve: Identify performance bottlenecks and drive system enhancements especially where they can improve fraud detection outcomes Collaborate Lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams to debug, upgrade, and align the platform with ever-evolving security and regulatory standards Mentor Guide: Lead by example and help your team grow technically and professionally What You Bring: 6+ years in Java-based development, with 3+ years leading engineering teams Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot , and secure coding best practices Hands-on with relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL), and ORM frameworks like Hibernate Exposure to Kafka, Redis , and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) Familiarity with other languages like JavaScript or Golang is a plus Solid understanding of Git/SVN and secure version control workflows Analytical mindset with a passion for clean, performant code Excellent communication skills able to translate technical ideas to cross-functional teams and non-tech stakeholders A sharp eye for detail and a natural curiosity especially when it comes to analyzing data to improve fraud detection Skills: Hibernate, Coding, Product Engineering, Ms Sql, Mysql, Postgresql, Social Media Experience: 6.00-11.00 Years
