1 Line JD - A Visual / Motion Designer who can set sharp and clean design languages for edits across the channels and owns deliverables working closely alongside a team of video editors for our client! About the Job Role: We run content IPs across Instagram and YouTube that reach millions of people every month. Thumbnails, reel covers, carousels, channel branding, the entire visual layer. The bar right now is good. We're hiring you to make it world class. You'll work directly with the content and video team and ship every single day Key Responsibilities: - Thumbnails and channel art for our YouTube IPs - Reel covers, carousels and story templates for Instagram - Visual systems for each IP so quality stays consistent at high volume - AI-first asset production: generate with AI tools, finish the details by hand - The feedback loop: when a thumbnail flops, you study the CTR data and fix the next one Skills & Competencies: - Your taste is undeniable. Typography, color, composition. Your portfolio does the talking. - You're AI native. Tools like Midjourney, Nano Banana and Higgsfield are your daily drivers, and you clean up the last 10% in Figma or Photoshop. - You ship fast. v1 in hours, not days. - You study the internet. You know why a thumbnail or cover wins before anyone explains it. - You can handle volume. Multiple assets a day across multiple IPs without quality dropping - No degree filter, no years filter.
