Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Payroll Processing - Process multi-state, biweekly, and semi-monthly payrolls for exempt and non-exempt employees using Workday. - Ensure payroll accuracy for all transactions, including bonuses, commissions, terminations, and equity-related payments. - Validate, audit, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Reporting & Auditing - Generate and review payroll registers, summary reports, and reconciliations for approval. - Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance requirements. - Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to audit standards and data retention policies. Compliance & Data Accuracy - Ensure payroll operations comply with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws. - Identify and resolve discrepancies proactively to maintain payroll data integrity. - Stay current with evolving payroll tax regulations and ensure accurate implementation within systems. Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner cross-functionally with HR, Benefits, HRIS, Accounting/Finance, Tax, and Equity teams to ensure seamless payroll operations. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll-related queries, providing excellent customer service via Workday Help and other communication channels. - Collaborate with external payroll vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing. Continuous Improvement - Contribute to the enhancement of payroll processes and documentation. - Support system testing and upgrades related to Workday payroll configurations. Skills: Sox Compliance, Excel, Us Payroll Experience: 5.00-10.00 Years
