DTF (Direct-to-Film) / Digital Machine Operator Job Summary The DTF/Digital Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining printing equipment to produce high-quality heat transfer prints. The role includes artwork verification, printer setup, color management, powder application, curing, quality inspection, machine maintenance, and achieving daily production targets while adhering to quality and safety standards. Your Role - DTF (Direct-to-Film) / Digital Machine Operator Key Responsibilities - Operate DTF/Machine printers, powder shaker, and curing machine as per production requirements. - Verify artwork, print size, colors, and customer specifications before printing. - Prepare and load DTF films, inks, and consumables. - Monitor print quality, color consistency, and printer performance throughout production. - Ensure proper powder application and curing for durable transfers. - Perform heat transfer tests when required to verify print quality. - Conduct first-piece approval before bulk production. - Inspect printed films for defects such as banding, color variation, ink smudging, and registration issues. - Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards. - Perform routine maintenance. Required Skills - Knowledge of printing technology and the heat transfer process. - Understanding of CMYK color management and print quality standards. - Ability to identify and resolve common printer issues. - Good understanding of DTF films, inks, adhesive powder, and curing process.
