Architect - GenAI/VA Tech Lead

Overview A ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enable enterprise service management and enhance user experience. Responsibilities - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions through analysis, design, and development - Develop and configure ServiceNow components (business rules, client scripts, UI actions, workflows, catalog items) - Build integrations with internal and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs - Perform testing, validation, and deployment across environments ensuring solution quality - Contribute to platform upgrades, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives - Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business value Qualifications - Strong development experience in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and web technologies - Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (NowAssist, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, DevOps, SecOps, etc.) - Experience with workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog development - Knowledge of ITIL processes and agile delivery methodologies - Integration design and enterprise system experience
