Senior Product Manager Years of Experience: 13-16 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in product management to lead our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and user experience design. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business goals into actionable product strategies and drive cross-functional teams towards successful product launches. Responsibilities - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation. - Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch high-quality products. - Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform future enhancements and iterations. - Lead product development meetings and ensure timely delivery of product milestones. - Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates. - Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members.
