Director Data Science

Description We are seeking an experienced Director of Data Science to lead our team of data scientists in India. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in data science and will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to support business goals. Responsibilities - Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business goals - Lead a team of data scientists in India to deliver impactful insights and recommendations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve business outcomes - Manage the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from data acquisition and preprocessing to model building and deployment - Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all projects - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our work Skills and Qualifications - 15-20 years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of delivering impactful insights and recommendations - Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a team of data scientists - Expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning - Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases - Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, and SQL - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders - Advanced degree in computer science, statistics, or a related field Skills: Machine Learning, Data Visualization, Predictive Modeling, Sql, Statistical Analysis, Big Data, Data Mining, Python, Hadoop Experience: 15.00-20.00 Years
