Category:- Full Stack Engineer Experience:-7 - 9 years Engagement Type:-Contractual Collaboration Duration:- 6 Months Engagement Mode:- Remote Timezone(s)- India Position Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React to join a dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing innovative software products, collaborating closely with product managers, designers, QA analysts, and fellow developers. You will be responsible for driving quality solutions for customers while also mentoring and guiding team members. The position involves working with modern event-driven architectures using Kafka and cloud-native deployments on Kubernetes at scale. You will be involved from the discovery phase through to solution delivery, translating business requirements into technical solutions and upholding high standards of code quality across the team. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain software solutions, primarily using React and Ruby on Rails - Mentor development teams to uphold high standards of code quality - Work with team leaders, product managers, and developers from the discovery phase to solution delivery - Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code - Develop and maintain unit/integration tests to ensure reliability - Participate in code reviews and promote team knowledge-sharing - Create and maintain thorough technical documentation - Debug and solve customer bugs Required Skills - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - 7+ years of experience in Node.js / React - Experience with modern state management and data-fetching patterns (e.g., React Query, Zustand, or similar tools) - Strong testing mindset with experience using tools such as React Testing Library , Vitest , or equivalent frameworks - Proven history of production deployments - Proficiency with Git , Linux , and Agile methodologies - Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail - Strong communication skills and experience working with remote teams (fluent English required) - Leadership qualities with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset - A passion for learning and sharing new skills and technologies Preferred (Bonus) Skills - Apache Kafka - Docker - Kubernetes - CI/CD experience - Pre-existing Ruby/Rails knowledge
