Kinaxis Consultant Remote Fulltime Seeking an experienced Kinaxis Demand Planning Consultant to support and optimize demand planning processes within the Kinaxis Rapid Response platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, and Kinaxis solution configuration. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and technical resources to deliver effective planning solutions and improve Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, and support Kinaxis Rapid Response Demand Planning solutions. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to demand forecasting and supply chain planning. - Configure forecasting models, planning measures, hierarchies, dashboards, and workflows within Kinaxis. - Support forecast collaboration, demand management, and consensus planning processes. - Work with business users to improve planning effectiveness and forecast accuracy. - Develop and maintain integrations between Kinaxis and enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms. - Perform system testing, data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-go-live activities. - Create and maintain functional and technical documentation. - Recommend process improvements and best practices for demand planning and supply chain operations. Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Demand Planning. - 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse. - Strong expertise in Kinaxis Demand Planning modules and forecasting capabilities. - Experience configuring demand planning models, measures, dimensions, and planning workflows. - Strong understanding of demand forecasting methodologies and statistical forecasting techniques. - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications - Kinaxis RapidResponse Certification. - Experience with Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, or High-Tech industries. - Knowledge of SQL, data integration, and reporting tools. - Experience participating in end-to-end Kinaxis implementations.
