Head of Transformation Office

Description The Head of Transformation Office is part of Group Operations and leads the transformation core team. The role is responsible for driving disciplined execution of the Operating Model Transformation agenda, with a focus on AI TOM, Market Practice Enablement, Service @ Scale and Global Learning Ecosystem initiatives. It manages the Global Change Portfolio across these and other priority initiatives by creating a single portfolio view, enabling prioritisation of competing demands, managing dependencies and protecting delivery capacity. The role and the transformation team are deliberately ring-fenced from business-as-usual delivery to ensure focus, momentum and effective cross-functional execution. This is a 12-month contract with opportunities for extension or conversion to a permanent position, or to transition into management consulting, subject to business requirements and individual performance. Requirements - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Finance, Operations ora related discipline. - 7–10 years of relevant experience in project management, portfolio management, business transformation, operations, consulting or strategic change delivery. - Strong understanding of cross-functional transformation, operating model design, governance and change management in a professional services or financial services environment. - Demonstrated ability to identify and assess opportunities for AI-enabled improvements, workflow automation and agentic support across Operations and related value chains. - Proven ability to structure complex initiatives, manage dependencies and translate strategic priorities into executable delivery plans. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a global environment. - Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready materials. - Experience with portfolio tooling, dashboards, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools; Power BI or automation experience is an advantage. - Certification in project management, agile delivery, portfolio management would be an advantage. REQUIREMENTS - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently, structure ambiguity and drive outcomes with limited supervision. - High attention to detail, delivery reliability and strong judgement in balancing BAU priorities with transformation needs.
