Role : Senior Front End Engineer Exp Range : 8 to 10 years Notice : Immediate to 15 Days Work Location : Bangalore(Hybrid) Senior Frontend Engineer (React / Next.js) About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Support Experience team. In this role, you will help build modern, scalable, and user-centric customer support solutions, including AI-powered support experiences that enhance customer interactions and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in designing and developing frontend applications, driving architectural decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. - Build and evolve reusable component libraries and design systems. - Translate product and design requirements into intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces. - Integrate frontend applications with backend services through APIs and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures. - Develop and maintain real-time user experiences using WebSocket-based communication. - Optimize application performance, reliability, accessibility, and user experience. - Drive frontend architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and other stakeholders. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex frontend issues. - Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release management. - Mentor team members and participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards. Required Skills & Experience Frontend Technologies - Strong hands-on experience with: - React.js - Next.js - TypeScript - JavaScript (ES6+) - HTML5 - CSS3 React & Next.js Expertise - Deep understanding of: - Component architecture - State management solutions - Custom hooks - Server Components and Client Components - Rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR) - Routing and data-fetching patterns Architecture & Integration - Experience building scalable frontend applications. - Proven experience creating reusable component libraries or design systems. - Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. - Strong understanding of Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture patterns. DevOps & Tooling - Familiarity with: - CI/CD pipelines - Git-based workflows - Modern frontend build tools - Deployment and release management processes
