As a CMDB - Associate, you will engage in managed services, focusing on outsourced solutions to support clients across various functions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will help organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by managing key processes on their behalf. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a team that transitions and runs services, manages delivery teams, and optimizes managed services processes. You will be expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting unique challenges and scope. Responsibilities - Supporting client engagement by managing key processes and functions to streamline operations and reduce costs - Assisting in the transition and management of delivery teams, programs, and performance to optimize managed services - Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and service delivery - Utilizing project management skills to coordinate and execute client-focused solutions - Applying technology and process optimization techniques to deliver quality services - Collaborating with team members to address client challenges and deliver value - Gathering and analyzing information to discern patterns and inform decision-making - Developing commercial awareness and understanding of business operations - Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements - Participating in the design and development of automation frameworks to improve operational performance What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2+ years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB, Good understanding of ITIL processes, especially Configuration, Change, Incident, and Problem Management. - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Excelling in automation framework design and development - Demonstrating skills in business process automation (BPA) - Utilizing operational performance management (OPM) strategies - Engaging in continuous process improvement initiatives - Applying project management techniques for timely delivery - Developing workflow automation solutions - Participating in service level management activities Travel Requirements Not Specified Job Posting End Date
