AI Engineer

We're looking for AI Engineers (India) for our client: Bessemer Venture Partners! Responsibilities: - Build and deploy LLM-powered agentic AI systems with tool use, planning, and memory - Develop real-time voice AI features — speech-to-text, TTS, and voice dialog management - Design RAG pipelines and retrieval systems for enterprise knowledge bases - Deploy and manage ML workloads on AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, EKS) - Integrate AI components with existing product backends and APIs - Evaluate and benchmark model performance for production readiness Qualifications & Skills: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments - Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced setting ( *Note: Scout is an independent candidate sourcing partner for this hiring.
