Storyline Developer

Job Title: Storyline Developer Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Storyline Developer to design and develop engaging, interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline. The ideal candidate will work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, project managers, and subject matter experts to create high-quality digital learning solutions that meet client requirements and learning objectives. Key Responsibilities - Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360. - Convert storyboards, design documents, and source materials into fully functional eLearning modules. - Implement interactions, assessments, simulations, animations, and multimedia elements. - Integrate audio, video, and graphics into courses while ensuring optimal performance. - Ensure courses are responsive and compatible with LMS platforms using SCORM, AICC, xAPI, or cmi5 standards. - Perform quality assurance testing and resolve technical issues. - Collaborate with instructional designers and project stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. - Maintain version control and documentation for course files. - Adhere to project timelines, quality standards, and client branding guidelines. Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Multimedia, Education Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field. - 4–5+ years of experience in eLearning development. - Strong expertise in Articulate Storyline 360. - Experience with Articulate Rise 360 is an added advantage. - Proficiency in PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and basic audio/video editing tools. - Good understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning concepts. - Experience with LMS platforms and eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI, AICC). - Knowledge of variables, triggers, layers, states, and advanced Storyline interactions. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and accessibility standards (WCAG) is desirable. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
