Manual Testing Analyst

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manual Testing Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing retail and liability products, with a focus on digital onboarding processes. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to improving and automating processes wherever possible. Responsibilities: - Perform testing-related work, including non-repetitive tasks. - Possess knowledge and experience with Retail On-boarding for CCPL, CASA, and TD products. - Review user stories, prepare test cases and data, and execute test plans using Agile tools like JIRA/ADO and Confluence. - Understand digital onboarding journeys, including authentication policy, CDD/KYC, risk, credit, and fraud handling. - Challenge and automate current processes based on project capabilities. - Participate in digitization improvements and highlight system gaps for closure. - Prepare and execute SIT/UAT test scripts in line with FSD/DCO documents, tagging defects with correct severity. - Conduct walkthroughs and demos for business stakeholders. - Support UAT/UVT during workflow changes and ensure successful system rollouts post-UAT. - Identify opportunities to automate repetitive manual activities. - Participate in discussions on system changes and provide input. - Support change management plans to achieve mutual objectives. - Meet deliverables on time with accuracy and urgency. Requirements: - Bachelor&rsquos degree or equivalent experience. - 4 years of testing experience in retail and liability products. - Experience with Agile frameworks. Required Skills: - Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders. - Test scenario and case preparation, and execution skills. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to dive deep for solutions. - Typing, reading, and comprehension skills.
