E-Commerce Associate

This role is for one of Weekday’s clients Min Experience: 2+ years Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka JobType: full-time We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Associate with 2–4 years of experience in managing online marketplaces and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon and Noon , strong expertise in product listing , and a solid understanding of marketplace processes, catalog management, and online sales operations. You will be responsible for managing product catalogs, creating and optimizing listings, monitoring product performance, coordinating inventory updates, and ensuring that products are accurately represented across e-commerce platforms. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple products and marketplace activities efficiently. Requirements Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon and Noon , ensuring accurate product information, pricing, images, specifications, descriptions, and categorization. - Create new product listings and update existing catalogs according to marketplace guidelines and requirements. - Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, attributes, and other listing elements to improve product visibility and conversion. - Monitor product listings regularly to identify errors, missing information, suppressed listings, or content-related issues and resolve them promptly. - Coordinate with internal teams such as inventory, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure accurate product availability and marketplace information. - Track inventory levels and coordinate updates to prevent stock-outs, incorrect availability, or order fulfillment issues. - Monitor product performance, sales trends, pricing, ratings, reviews, and other marketplace metrics. - Assist in implementing marketplace strategies to improve product visibility, sales, and overall performance. - Ensure compliance with Amazon and Noon marketplace policies , listing standards, and content requirements. - Conduct competitor and marketplace research to identify pricing trends, product opportunities, and areas for catalog improvement. - Support promotional activities, campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers as required. - Prepare regular reports on product listings, sales performance, inventory, and marketplace activities. Must-Have Skills - 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or online retail operations. - Hands-on experience managing Amazon seller/vendor platforms and product catalogs. - Practical experience working with Noon marketplace and its listing processes. - Strong expertise in product listing and catalog management . - Knowledge of product title optimization, descriptions, keywords, attributes, images, categories, and marketplace SEO. - Good understanding of inventory, pricing, order, and product data management. - Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for managing and analyzing marketplace data. - Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams. Good to Have - Experience managing a large product catalog across multiple marketplaces. - Understanding of marketplace advertising and promotional campaigns. - Knowledge of e-commerce analytics and performance reporting. - Experience identifying and resolving listing suppression, catalog, and content issues. - Familiarity with marketplace trends and best practices in the Middle East or international e-commerce markets. Education & Experience A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Amazon, Noon, product listing, or marketplace operations will be strongly considered.
