Its platform enables real-time asset monitoring, safety and compliance, predictive maintenance, operational optimization, and seamless integration with ERP/WMS systems to help enterprises build smarter, safer, and more efficient warehouses. We are seeking a sharp, CA-qualified Finance Lead to lead our financial strategy as we scale into the DeepTech domain. Requirements - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) — mandatory - 2+ years of post-qualification experience in a finance leadership or FP&A role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment - Proven expertise in building complex financial models (e.g., DCF, LBO, scenario analysis) and integrating them into business planning - Experience actively contributing to fundraising efforts—including term sheet negotiation support, investor reporting, and valuation analysis—not limited to routine MIS preparation - Strong understanding of SaaS or DeepTech business models, with familiarity in unit economics, CAC, LTV, and burn rate management - Proficiency with accounting and financial tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Excel (advanced), and ideally Power BI or Tableau - High analytical aptitude, business acumen, and ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations
