QA Consultant

Description We are seeking a Quality Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services through rigorous testing, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to quality management and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments. Responsibilities - Conduct quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external standards. - Develop and implement quality management strategies and processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality improvement opportunities. - Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders. - Conduct training and workshops for employees on quality best practices and standards. - Assist in the development of quality control plans and procedures. - Monitor and analyze quality metrics to drive continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. - 1-5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles. - Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies such as Six Sigma or ISO standards. - Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools for quality measurement. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
