Job Description - Work Timing - 7:30pm IST to 4:30 am IST - For 3-month engagement to help with tickets and general support tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Administer and improve Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, Microsoft Entra ID, and core Microsoft 365 services. • Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployment, patching, and endpoint lifecycle activities. • Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, authentication, access, application, and policy issues. • Review and improve Conditional Access, role assignments, device-based access, and least-privilege controls. • Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to reduce manual administration and remediate recurring issues. • Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring platform issues. • Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to the internal IT team.
