Telecaller || ISP || ACT Fibernet

Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound/inbound calls to promote internet plans & services. - Explain pricing, features, and offers clearly to customers. - Handle queries, complaints, and provide resolutions. - Follow up on leads & convert them into sales. - Maintain accurate customer data & call records. - Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer onboarding. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales ( ISP/Telecom preferred ). - Fluency in English (Additional regional languages are a plus). - Strong persuasion, negotiation & interpersonal skills . - Basic knowledge of broadband & internet services. - Ability to meet sales targets & handle pressure. - Immediate joiners preferred .
