Job Title: Front End Reusable Components Developer Experience: 3.5 –8 Years Location: Hyderabad (Offshore) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Reusable Components Developer with expertise in Native Web Components, Modern CSS, and TypeScript . The ideal candidate will support enterprise design systems and cross-team UI tooling initiatives by building scalable, reusable, and framework-independent browser components. This role requires strong experience with Lit/LitElement , Shadow DOM, Angular 11+ , and tooling development in multi-team environments. Candidates comfortable collaborating across distributed teams and leveraging AI-assisted development tools are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities - Develop reusable browser-native web components using Lit/LitElement and TypeScript - Build scalable UI components with modern CSS techniques including Grid, Flexbox, and CSS Custom Properties - Work extensively with Shadow DOM concepts, constraints, and reusable patterns - Create and maintain lightweight tooling and scripts used across multiple engineering teams - Implement and manage Design Tokens pipelines across platforms - Contribute to Angular 11+ applications when required - Perform integration testing using Playwright - Maintain semantic Git workflows supporting automated changelogs and release processes - Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear technical documentation. Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years of experience in Front-End Development - Strong expertise in: - Modern CSS without heavy framework dependency - Native Web Components & Shadow DOM - Latest TypeScript standards - Lit / LitElement - Angular 11+ - Node.js scripting - Design Tokens implementation and pipelines - Multi-team tooling development - Git strategies supporting semantic commits and automated changelogs - AI-augmented development workflows - Experience with Playwright integration testing Soft Skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams - Comfortable working in nearshore or overlapping time zones Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with enterprise design systems - Strong understanding of reusable component architecture - Exposure to CI/CD workflows and frontend tooling automation - Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable frontend code
