Team Member - Manufacturing

Job Summary We are looking for an individual who is competent in the ONCO/Non-ONCO operations and has the ability to handle the critical operations without compromise on the safety & quality of the operations. Additionally, competency is expected in understanding the basic troubleshooting of equipment's & ensuring any time audit readiness of the production block. Roles & Responsibilities . You will be responsible for ensuring safe work area practices in compliant with all the best safety practices. . You will be responsible for manufacturing of products for ONCOLOGY/NON-ONCOLOGY in accordance with the batch production records and standard operating procedures. . You will be responsible for execution and review of Documentations, BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records), BPR (Batch Production Records) and Logbooks. . You will be responsible for ensuring product quality by maintaining cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices). . You will be responsible for participating in the root cause analysis and investigations. . You will be responsible to complete all the training modules as assigned in the Learning Management system. . You will be responsible for abnormality identification at plant and participate in the root cause analysis, identification of Kaizen & learnings. . You will be responsible to handle the Isolator & other equipment operations along with the participation in the TPM & Lean management related activities in the production blocks. Educational qualification : A Diploma/B.Sc. Minimum work experience : 3-6 years of experience Skills & attributes: Technical Skills . Basic Knowledge on Microsoft tools - Word/Excel/Power point. . Knowledge and experience in handling major equipment operations - Reactor/ANFD/VTD/others. . Experience in Handling ONCO operations majorly Isolator/SFS systems (Preferred) . Good understanding of GMP and good documentation practices. Behavioural skills . Proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges in manufacturing processes. .
