Designation – Manager – Analytics (Supply Chain) Reporting to – DGM S& OP Supply Chain Planning Department – Supply Chain Management Work Week - 6 days with Sunday off. Location – Hyderabad, Nanakramguda Experience – 5–8 years in analytics or BI roles, including at least 3 years supporting a supply chain, retail, or FMCG/pharma function . Industry/ Sector – Large Retail, Pharmacy or FMCG network Qualification - Graduate/Post Graduate from a Tier 2/ Tier 3 Institute Role Summary Own the automation of all supply chain and S&OP reporting — dashboards, scorecards, and exception reports — moving the team from manual, spreadsheet-based reporting to a governed, self-serve analytics layer that leadership and functional teams can trust. Key Responsibilities • Automate the full suite of S&OP reporting: Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive dashboards; the Manual Intervention Accountability suite (Manual Purchase Ratio, ROL/ROQ Efficiency, Store Indent Efficiency, Dark-Store Addition ROI); and Control Tower alert dashboards. • Build and maintain data pipelines pulling from POS, WMS, ERP, and app/web analytics systems into a single, consistent reporting layer. • Partner with the DGM to define KPI logic precisely (e.g., WMAPE, Fill Rate, Days of Cover, Manual Purchase %) and ensure every report calculates metrics the same way, every time. • Build self-serve dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent) for Category, DC, Retail Ops, and Executive stakeholders, eliminating manual report preparation. • Set up automated threshold-based alerting that feeds directly into the Control Tower exception log. • Proactively identify reporting gaps and manual workarounds across the S&OP cycle and close them through automation. Requirements • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). • Track record of automating recurring business reports and dashboards, ideally within a demand/supply planning or S&OP context. • Working knowledge of core supply chain KPIs — fill rate, forecast accuracy, inventory turns/days of cover, OTIF — and how they are calculated. • Comfortable working with large, messy, multi-source datasets spanning POS, WMS, ERP, and app analytics. • Prior exposure to Python or R for automation or advanced analytics is a plus, not mandatory.
