Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities: - Onboarding to Exit management , complete HR Operations experience is required. - Should have handled employee and insurance-related queries. - Preparation of various MIS reports. - Good knowledge of Statutory Compliance (Pan India - EPF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, Gratuity, Shop Act). - Knowledge of payroll principles, regulations, and procedures. - Advanced Excel skills are highly required. - Data management skills are required. Added advantage Skills: - Experience with Greythr and/or Zoho People. - Exposure to Facility Management and Employee Engagement. Skills: Mis Reports, Data Management, Excel, Hr Operations, Statutory Compliance Experience: 6.00-8.00 Years
