Job Purpose To manage and strengthen human resources and industrial relations functions for smart metering operations by ensuring statutory compliance, harmonious employee relations, effective workforce deployment, and fair people practices, while supporting large ‑ scale field execution and business continuity across project sites. ORGANISATION CHART HR & FMS Head --> Associate Manager - IR Key Accountabilities Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators - Maintaining healthy IR climate across locations. - Support union/worker committee meetings and related documentation. - Monitor IR trends and escalate issues to seniors as required. - Monitor induction, attendance, wage disbursement, and statutory records of contract workforce. - Assist in preparation and coordination for internal and external labour audits. - Maintain records related to grievances, committee meetings, compliance, and audits. IR Incidents: Zero work stoppages; minor issues only Action Closure: ≥95% within TAT; 48 ‑ hr escalation IR Risks: 100% early escalation; no surprises Grievances: ≥95% resolved within SLA; none >30 days MIS: 100% on time, accurate, and complete KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS - Outsourced agencies and contractual manpower, Govt. Bodies such as DISCOMM and Labour authorities, DM INTERNAL INTERACTIONS - Project Head, Zonal Heads, Supervisors, Stores Team, Agency manpower FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS Other Dimensions EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS - MBA / MSW in HR, Labour Welfare, or Industrial Relations. Relevant Experience - 5–10 years of Industrial Relations experience in manufacturing, utilities, EPC, or similar sectors.
