Partnerships Manager

Job description: - MyClassboard is seeking an experienced and motivated Partner Manager to oversee and manage partner relationships, focusing on franchise onboarding, finance partner integration, and payment gateway client onboarding. - The ideal candidate will have a background in banking or financial services, with strong skills in relationship management, project coordination, and partner onboarding. - This role is crucial in ensuring smooth integration, maximizing partner satisfaction, and driving mutual growth. Key Responsibilities: Franchise Onboarding - Drive the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchise partners, ensuring a seamless integration experience. - Collaborate with internal teams to address the unique needs and requirements of each franchise partner. - Maintain and build strong relationships with franchise partners to support long-term collaboration and success. Finance Partner Onboarding - Manage onboarding of financial partners, including banks and other financial institutions. - Work closely with finance and compliance teams to ensure all necessary requirements and regulations are met. - Act as the primary point of contact for finance partners, facilitating communication and resolving any issues promptly. Payment Gateway Client Onboarding - Lead the onboarding process for new payment gateway clients, coordinating technical integration and user training. - Liaise with internal technology and support teams to ensure clients have a smooth setup experience. - Monitor and report on client progress, actively addressing any onboarding challenges to ensure timely completion.
