Job Description SAP Project Systems (PS) Support - Monitor and manage SAP error handling workflows from system inbox - Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues in SAP / PM tools or via coordination with relevant teams - Support integration between PM tools, middleware, and SAP ensuring smooth data flow - Execute month-end support activities including hours integration checks, discrepancy resolution, and missing data handling - Perform database validation (SQL-based) to identify and resolve integration issues - Handle invoice transfer issues and work package validations in SAP - Maintain error logs/documentation and contribute to knowledge base 2. Technical Upgrade (TU) & Testing Support o Execute business process test scenarios during SAP technical upgrades o Setup and manage test chains and test data for end-to-end validation o Support user access and authorization setup for testing activities o Provide extended support during TU cycles (high-demand periods) to ensure business continuity 3. Component Business / Data & Coordination Support o Support data validation, data cleansing coordination, and issue tracking across business processes o Coordinate with business key users and stakeholders for requirement clarification and issue resolution o Participate in regular governance and coordination meetings and provide status updates o Track activities using structured tools (trackers, Kanban, reporting dashboards) o Ensure transparency, reporting, and adherence to defined processes o Collaborate across SAP teams, PM tool teams, and business stakeholders for end-to-end support
